The eTailPet system integrates with several third-party systems, such as Astro Loyalty. This article outlines what we don't support in this area and recommends solutions that can get you the answers you need.

eTailPet and Third-Party Support

The eTailPet system allows integration with many different types of third-party applications through something called an API (Application Programming Interface). The API allows eTailPet to send and receive information from the third-party company so that it can use it in real time.

Since our software is essentially “talking” to another software, we don’t have control over the programming and data that happens on the other party’s side. We have to rely on the third party to provide the solution when the issue is on their end.

eTailPet employees are prohibited from engaging with third parties on your behalf. If you choose to use a third party for implementation or support, the account holder must attend all meetings and is to be included on all correspondence. If the third party requires additional support or programming, the account holder will be billed for services outside of our scope of work or the retailer’s included services tier.

With the exception of Astro Loyalty, where we provide limited support, eTailPet does not provide support for third-party applications. Since we don’t have control over the programming and data that happens on the other party’s side, we have to rely on the third party to provide the solution when the issue is on their end.
