Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does the online Sales Tax Report include tax from my in-store sales?
A: No. Online Reports only cover orders that came through your e-commerce platform. For in-store tax data, use the Sales and Refund reports instead.
Q: What's the difference between Subtotal and Net Sales in the Sales By Item report?
A: Subtotal is the total of the product's sales before discounts are applied. Net Sales is the total after discounts. The Discounts column between them shows the amount taken off across all of that product's transactions.
Q: A customer used the same promo code on three separate orders. How does that count?
A: It counts as three under Number of Times Redeemed but only one under Unique Users. The same logic applies to the Price Slash report.
Q: An email shows as Not Delivered. What should I do?
A: Start by checking that the recipient's email address is correct in their customer record. Processing means the email is still being sent, and Delivered means it reached the recipient successfully.
Q: Why can't I pull a full year of Price Slash data?
A: The Price Slash report can't display a time period longer than 90 days. To review a longer stretch, run the report in separate date ranges of 90 days or less and export each one.
Q: I exported a report but never got the file. Where can I check on it?
A: Click View Exports in the upper right of the report to open the Export Report, which lists your exports from the past 3 months. In Queue or Started means it's still processing, Finished means it's ready to download from the Details page, and Failed means you'll need to run the export again.
Q: I have a question, but I can't find my answer here. How do I get more assistance?
A: You can ask any question at the number listed here. Contact our support team at (323) 370-0738 for the U.S. and (888) 370-2363 for Canada.
