Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What's the difference between Gross Sales and Net Sales in the Sales By Shop Report?

A: Gross Sales is revenue before any discounts. Net Sales is what's left after discounts and reductions are applied.

Q: Can I filter the Transaction Report to show only refunds?

A: Yes. Use the Refund Transactions Filter and select True to see only transactions that involved a refund.

Q: If a customer buys two different products in one order, how does that show up in the Sales Line Report?

A: Each product gets its own row. One order with two products shows as two separate sales lines.

Q: How is the Sales Line Services Report different from the standard Sales Line Report?

A: This one only tracks services, like grooming, instead of physical products, so it includes fields like Attendant Name instead of product fields like Brand or Category.

Q: Can I see individual product performance in the Sales By Brand Report, or just totals per brand?

A: Just totals per brand. For individual product data, use the Sales By Item Report instead.

Q: Can I filter the Sales By Item Report to see only items that were refunded?

A: Yes. Use the Refund Status Filter to narrow results down to refunded or non-refunded items.

Q: I have a question, but I can't find my answer here. How do I get more assistance?

A: You can ask any question at the number listed here. Contact our support team at (323) 370-0738 for the U.S. and (888) 370-2363 for Canada.
