  1. Navigate to Order Quantity on Item Scan — Check this box to have the system move your cursor directly to the Order QTY field when you scan an item. This setting only applies during the PO Open status and does not apply to Quick PO.
  2. Fix Product/Item Name Column — Check this box to keep the Item name column fixed in place on the left while you scroll horizontally through the Purchase Order Added Items List table so you can keep the item names in view.

  3. Minimum Inventory Level (MIL) — Check this box to enable MIL logic, which excludes unnecessary products from your Purchase Orders. This setting is disabled by default. When you enable it, products with stock levels between the Minimum Inventory Level (MIL) and Desired Inventory Level (DIL) won't appear on your Purchase Orders unless their stock Quantity on Hand drops to or below MIL.
  4. Save — Click the Save button once you have finished your changes.
