You can set up your own email address to your account in the eTailPet system. This article covers adding an email address for your store for purchase orders and more. See what you can do!

Set Up Your Main Email Address

Your main email address is the one you use to log in to eTailPet. Here's how to set that up:

1. Click on your User Icon in the upper right of the page to open the menu.
2. Click on Settings.
   
3. Settings will open to the Details tab by default.
4. Click on Edit in the upper right.
5. In the Email field, highlighted in the image below, add your email address.
   
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page to click on the Save button.
   

Set Up a Store's Email Address

Your store email address is the one that you use to communicate with vendors and customers. Here's how to set that up:

1. Click on your User Icon in the upper right of the page to open the menu.
2. Click on Settings.
   
3. Click the Stores tab.
4. In the card for the store you want to add an email address to, click on Edit.
5. Scroll down to the Store Email field and enter the email address.
   
6. Click on the Save button; there are two in this page, one on the upper right and another on the bottom right.
