Payout availability depends on several factors, such as the industry and country you’re operating in, as well as the potential risks. Generally, our payouts operate on a 1-business day funding schedule, although it may be longer in some countries. See the individual country descriptions below.

Adding Your Bank Account Information

Activating your account requires your bank account information. The type of bank account information required depends on where your bank account is located. Use the following information to determine what bank details are needed for each country.

United States

Canada

You can add or update your account details at any time by doing the following:

1. Click on the User Icon in the upper right > Settings. 
   

2. Click on eTailPet Payments.

3. Click on External Accounts: Add Account. 
   

Please Note: In general, bank accounts must be located in the country where their settlement currency is based (example: USD bank accounts must be based in the United States).

Payout Schedule

The payout schedule depends on your country and whether your business operates in a higher-risk industry. Generally, if you are in the U.S. or Canada, you should expect to receive your funds within 1 business day, but please refer to the section below for specifics.

The cutoff time for all transactions is 3:00 AM UTC. (8:00 AM PST)

Please Note: The amount deposited into your account will not be identical to the amount collected. Processing fees are deducted before the deposit is made.

United States & Canada

1 Business Day

This transferring of funds generally takes about 1 business day, so if a transaction happens on Monday, you can expect to see that money in your account on Tuesday. No activity happens over the weekend, so Thursday transactions will be deposited into your account on Friday, and your Friday transactions will be deposited the following Monday. Your Saturday, Sunday, and Monday transactions will all be deposited Tuesday as a single deposit.

High-Risk Businesses - 14 Calendar Days

This transferring of funds generally takes about 14 calendar days, so if a transaction happens on Monday, you can expect to see that money in your account 14 days later.
